We worked with Digitalx in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing model additionally we purchased a consulting package.
For a small Company that does not have its own HR department, this model of cooperation proved ideal.
Digitalx became our HR department for the duration of the project.
No limit on Candidates and splitting payments into reasonable installments were very important to us.
During the zero workshop, we determined for ourselves exactly who we should hire to meet our strategic goals.
As a result of the consultation, we also created for ourselves a plan for hiring more people and sketched out the future organizational structure.
