
Customer & Digital Analytics Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cooperation with various stakeholders in order to provide insights on customer behaviour and preferences; analytics on customer paths across digital and off-line channels
- Cooperation with CRM & Loyalty as well as Digital teams in order to provide personalized recommendations for customers based on the analytical models and segmentations; incorporating data science to build positive customer experience
- Supporting CRM & Loyalty team with creating reports and effectiveness analysis of executed actions and promotion
- Working in multi-functional teams
- Evaluation of existing technology and data as well as integration of new systems and data sources in cooperation with IT teams
- Working with: Databricks, Phython, Power BI, Google Analytics etc.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 years’ experience in data science and customer analytics;
- Knowledge on leading analytical and data technologies;
- Advanced knowledge on the Model Ops processes
- Being up to date with customer and digital analytics trends in retail
- Good creative and logical thinking skills;
- Good communicator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
