YOUR  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set, optimize, and secure strong activity plans for the brand on external marketplace. Maximize selling through accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Secure strong collaboration between external partners and develop strong internal relationships across functional areas such as merchandising, visuals, business tech, marketing and logistics and meet revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain brand health on the platform in terms of catalogue, content, callouts, assortment and offer.
  • Sales analyses, reporting ROI and develop sales through consistent follow-ups with marketplace partners.
  • Collaborate with marketplace partners and local marketing team to set and deliver on marketing budgets, and optimize both paid and owned channels to drive traffic, customer growth, and revenue.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Operations teams (both internal and external) to secure timely deliveries and post purchase customer experience.
  • Implement best practices for marketplace inventory fulfillment; identify areas for improvement that can greater efficiencies and profitability.
  • Make sure that all assets (creatives) utilized across marketplace platforms align with global guidelines.

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS 

  • 4+ years of professional experience working within e-commerce or retail industry working for digital business.
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager with a specialization in the Turkish market.
  • Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications and basic understanding of digital marketing.
  • Understanding of the Turkish market, including trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of retail and synergies between channels.
  • Fluent in English & Turkish spoken and written.
  • Highly effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Tableau (or similar tools).
